We require all customers to register their details on our site before ordering. Nora Does will never let anyone else see your details. Your information is purely for internal purposes only and to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Please make sure you fill out the billing/shipping areas correctly when registering. If any details have changed please be sure to update your account before proceeding to the checkout.
Once you have made your purchase on Nora Does you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will also receive a Paypal receipt for your transaction. Once we have shipped your order we will endeavour to send you a further shipping confirmation email. If you require an update as to the progress of your order at any time, please email us at orders@noradoes.com
Many of the products at Nora Does are limited editions. Our website is updated regularly but doesn't currently have the facility to automatically mark an item as sold out, this is currently done manually so we cannot guarantee that the item is available at all times. So if you order an item and someone has got there before you we will inform you of this and refund you, or offer you an alternative.
UK and international Customers can pay by Paypal, you can also pay with most major credit cards through Paypal (You do not need to hold a Paypal account to do this).
We will aim to send your order out within 48 hours of receipt. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday.
All requests are subject to availability. We will deal with your order promptly, but please allow 28 days for delivery. Please note Nora Does cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control.
We also ship internationally.
All items are shipped first class by Royal Mail for UK and by airmail for Europe and rest of world.
For items shipped please allow 28 days for delivery.
Postage and packing costs are worked out by weight, using the Royal Mail weight bands. Please note: We do not make a profit on the shipping costs.
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We accept returns or exchanges for all items and require email notification for all returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@noradoes.com
Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Our priority is to keep our customers happy and we want you to love your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you receive your goods and they are either damaged or broken or you have been sent the wrong item, then we will happily refund or exchange your item. Please note that we can only accept refunds on damaged, broken or incorrect items.
Please then ensure that the goods are returned within 2 weeks for UK orders and 3 weeks for international orders. Please note that the refund can only be made back to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges on returns are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for items which don’t reach us so please ask for a receipt at the post office when you post any item back.
